In an effort to help communities recover from the numerous natural disasters the nation has experienced this year, Hon. Victoria Kingstone visited Kamwana on Monday, October 31, to oversee construction of a bridge that connects Kamwana and Mkumbi communities. She also mentioned that the bridge will benefit school-age children from Mbonechera and Chaona, who have been suffering for some time due to the road’s impassability. During the occasion, Hon. Victoria Kingstone made the statement, “Unity has power.” As this has been evident in how stakeholders have come together to work on this Bridge.
